Nice, well lit, clean environment. Very friendly service. I ordered just one donut to try it out. The cake like moist texture was good. the topping was very sweet. I had ordered the cinnamon pumpkin spice. It seemed relatively small compared to others I had previously. Small enough to eat in about three bites. The coffee was good.

We are having a car show in August and Duck Donuts contacted us in the beginning of June wondering if they could participate. We agreed to let them serve the breakfast at our event. I have tried contacting them since that initial discussion and they will not return my emails or calls. An employee gave me the owner's cell number and she won't return my calls either. We are now less than one month away from the event and I am struggling to find someone to replace them at this late date. So I do not recommend this business as they are not professional or reliable

1 star. My mom and I visited Duck Donuts for the first time today after shopping, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. We ordered a variety pack of 6 through the kiosk as the second group in the store. We watched the first group receive their order, sit down, and finish eating while we were still waiting. Meanwhile, two separate mobile orders were completed before ours, and there were also multiple orders sitting untouched in the pickup window from the time we arrived. It was not busy, and we heard the employees complaining about being too hot. After waiting 35 minutes, we finally asked about our order (#26 for Jade), only to be told by an employee, “We must have thrown it out.” There was no apology, no urgency, and no professionalism from the staff. The other employees appeared completely unsure of how to handle the situation. My mom was so frustrated and disappointed she almost left without asking for a refund. When I requested one, the cashier asked if cash was okay, which was fine—but they only refunded the total for the donuts (never refunded the tax) while keeping the 15% tip we had already paid, despite us never receiving our order because we didn't have the ti

Made to order donuts! The donut itself was fantastic. They were hot right out of the oil. We could have eaten a dozen of these melt in your mouth beauties!!

Ordered a half dozen donuts (vanilla frosted with sprinkles + cinnamon bun) and a caramel frappe—10/10, would donut again. The donuts were fresh, crisp and dangerously addictive. The frappe was the perfect sidekick. My only complaint? That I didn’t order a full dozen.
